It’s been in development for YEARS but finally thanks to Hulu TV, John Green’s Looking for Alaska is making its way to the small screen!

John himself tweeted how exciting it was to see the adaptation that has been 13 years in the making, take the next steps and that includes the MASSIVE announcement that Alaska Young and Miles Halter have been cast!

Just who is stepping into the hotly anticipated roles of Printz award winning novel, you ask?! Let’s find out:

Alaska Young – Kristine Froseth

If you’ve binged Sierra Burgess is a Loser a few times like we did, then you’ll remember Kristine’s scene stealing mean girl with heart. Aside from a few other TV credits these looks to be Alaska Young could be her big breakout role.

Miles Halter – Charlie Plummer

Charlie has been around for around a while and he’s in post production on another YA series we’re excited about (Spontaneous!). He’s had key roles in Boardwalk Empire and Granite Flats but much like Kristine, Miles is the role that looks set to break Charlie.
