3 Things We Know About Mira from MIDNIGHT JEWEL Based on THE GLITTERING COURT

SHARE

Midnight Jewel, the highly anticipated sequel to The Glittering Court is almost here, and we are getting excited to meet the star of the second book, Mira. We asked author Richelle Mead to help refresh our memories of what we already know about Mira. Here’s what she told us:

She disappears in the middle of the night. Mira knows the best way to sneak out of the manor undetected, always back in her bed by daybreak. The question is, where is she going, and why?

She’s a war refugee. Mira and her family were forced to escape their home country, which was ravaged by Civil War. But has she walked out of one dangerous situation, only to face another?

She has little interest in marriage. Unlike the other girls, Mira stays out of the boy drama. After all, she doesn’t have time for love and attraction–but are they as easy to avoid as she thinks?
